I would recommend this book for any Young Achievers who are starting their Carreer in any field. This book talks about the different Fields (science, Sports, Music, Business etc) that makes this book applicable for any body who is looking for some direction to design their own plan in work.

This Books starts explaining about innate Talent and unexpected facts about Talent, talks about world class performers in different field, what really made them achieve that high class performance.

Deliberate Practice - is the back bone of this book, talks about how to design ur practice, monitor and achieve results out of that. I recommend don't skip any chapters and also don't jump chapters.

Being in the software industry some of the ideas, methods are not applicable to my work, but still you can apply most of them in ur work.

Author Designed the Chapters in interesting way that makes you continue reading chapters one by one.

This book is one of good Self Improvement book I have read.
